Episode Plot - Eliot Ness is sued for slander by former alderman and civic benefactor Mitchell Grandin when he accuses Grandin of being in league with killers. Frank Nitti is only too willing to assist Grandin in putting Ness in the breadline but he demands a high price in return for his "services."
